Payment due dates are important, as these generally reflect when payment is due from Baer Express Tours to the destination. Reservations and payments must be made in accordance with payment due dates.

If you are interested in a trip, we recommend you make reservations well in advance, as some trips fill quickly. Once a trip is full, we will start a stand-by list. In the event someone cancels, those on the stand-by list are called in order of placement.

Final counts and payments are usually required in advance by a destination; therefore, reservations cancelled after the final payment date may not be refundable and are subject to the policies of the destination.

A full refund will be issued if the seat cancelled is resold.

Refunds will be made to individuals ONLY after all of the refund(s) have been received by Baer Express Tours.

Travel insurance is encouraged for longer trips. We can provide you with the proper forms to obtain this coverage.

Baer Express Tours is a retail tour operator offering package tours to individuals. High quality and personal service are our trademarks. We make every effort to see that you have an enjoyable experience on all of our tours. We realize that due to circumstances beyond our control, the end result does not always meet the intent; therefore, Baer Express Tours cannot be held responsible if a destination does not function to the satisfaction of every individual.

Gratuities for the driver, tour guides, included meals and baggage handling are included in the cost of your tour. Gratuities for hotel housekeeping and other personal services are discretionary.

All itineraries are subject to change as may become necessary.

While we make every effort to provide the tour as planned, Baer Express Tours cannot be held responsible for problems arising from traffic, weather, safety conditions, mechanical problems or acts of God.

Baer Express Tours does not own transportation equipment. All transportation equipment is chartered from and provided by a properly licensed and certified transportation company and is of the best quality.
